My variations of the flame posted in his journal for tweaking this week. [link] <
I had a lot of fun with this.

It was a hard flame to tweak at first but once I found something interesting it just kept throwing even more interesting stuff. I had a REALLY hard time choosing which one to put here, that's why there are 6 of them.

Anyway, in the spirit of the challenge, here are the flame parameters (sorry this is going to be long!):

TOP LEFT

TOP RIGHT

MIDDLE LEFT

MIDDLE RIGHT

BOTTOM LEFT

BOTTOM RIGHT

By all means have some fun with those. If you tweak them further and get something cool, send me a note, I'd like to see what you do with them. Also I would be really pissed if anyone just reposted them as their own work without tweaking them at all, so don't do it.

Comments/thoughts/etc. appreciated.

You will need to adjust the gradient to see them properly in apophysis, select the right gradient in apo, and also a lot of them will need to have the gradient brightness toned down a bit (or a lot!) so they don't look like a mass of hot spots.
