Description This will be one of the drawings that I will submitting to the Callaway Gardens art show. The origianl photo is in the Library of Congress and it was shot by Edward S. Curtis. His black and white photos of the North American Indians are great works of art within themselves and I am pleased to own a book about them.

Oh, it's only 15 miles! I'll be there on Sundays during the summer to do plein air demonstrations, and I usually take in a few of the sights while I'm there.

Thank you.....the drawing is only a snipit of the original photo. The actual photo is of the entire Maiden, standing in front of a tree. Possibly that will help you recognize what I used to do the portrait.

The only criteria that I know of is that we need to keep whatever amount of space provided for each artist full. If the art sells then you have to have something to replace it. Who knows maybe nothing will sell. I am only trying to guess how much that should be. Due to the surprising deadline that I discovered last weekend.

tedious comes to mind, they used odd looking materials to make the cloths, so I was hoping I pulled it off.

He was a photgrapher in the early 1900's.
