Description

Sasquatches are bipedal 'humanoid' creatures that sport large frames and dense bone structures, and are twice as tall as the average human. The males have dark brown Fur and the females have reddish-brown fur.

Sasquatches are highly intelligent and are capable of speech and rational thinking.
They are omnivorous and live off of berries, mushrooms and small mammals and reptiles. They rarely use tools, and rely on their strength and ingenuity to hunt and gather food.

They dwell within large forrested areas and mountain regions, most commonly within nature reserves and national parks. Though it is a mystery where exactly they take shelter, though i assume they are nomadic. Despite being heavily built and immensly strong, yet they are a peaceful race, in contrast to the violence, arrogant nature of humans.

Unlike apes, sasquatches have unusually long legs, making their build much more similar to humans rather than any other primate.
It is a shame that these two groups of humankind cannot co-exist, but maybe it is for the best.
For the sasquatch, that is.
I find it highly insulting to refer to these creatures as 'sub species' to humans. In fact, I firmly believe that these creatures may represent the best aspects of humanity.

I had made quite an aquaintenceship with one such sasquatch by the name of Nastas Eja.
I found it interesting that they have last names, presumably to identify with different clans.
Nastas shares my distain for humans, often referring to them as 'maniacs.'
It seems Nastas is the second oldest in the Eja clan, and is 228 years old. He was the former Chieftan before his daughter, Gali, took charge.
