We just got our first Robin around last Tuesday. And now as you're driving along the main road through town, the ditches (at least the ones where the snow is finally gone - we still have a LOT of it) is full of them

Great robin shot - we've had one hanging around in our yard the past week or so (don't remember them doing that before, but the oak worms haven't been as bad as this year before either...could there be a link?!?

Here in the city, it all melted. 15 miles west at my park's visitor's center we got 5 inches. 20 miles west along the Rocky Mountain Front a friend got nearly a foot.

I really don't care for snow, yeah there are folks that do, and that's really cool! I just don't care for it. This year we had like 27 "snow events" which I think is a record. If I didn't have a house and family here, I might just go farther south!

I do like snow, but when it's spring I'm ready for it to be spring! I don't like summer though. I hate hot weather. I wish I could live somewhere where the outside temps were about 55-65 every day of the year.
