Answered 2 of my 3 questions...Lol.

Rounded corners for SL = Displaperture.

Also figured out the theming/Apple dealio as well.

However still having a hell of a time finding suitable fonts that are uniformly aligned when ported over with all the info from Lucida Grande. Somethings always off ... e.g. menubar battery % alignment, dialogue box button text, etc.

so you aren't porting correctly, I created the method and I can assure that it works perfectly for 99% of the cases

How'd you get the Leopard-style rounded menubar corners and Blue Apple? Themepark?

Also any ideas how to fix misaligned issues when switch fonts?

I just found out it's a little bug some people have in snow leopard. sometimes my finder icon is pixelated sometimes its not... I need to find out more about that
