This is a common mistake, in European Mythology the Bicorn or Bycorne is often described as a 2 horned monster that is part-cow/part panther with a human-like face that is known for devouring Kind-Hearted & Devoted Husbands, it's counterpart is known as the Chichevanche which is often described as a Human-Faced cow monster that is said to devour Obedient/Faithful Wives, but Bicorn is also used in geometry to describe a rational quartic curve also known as the "Cocked Hat Curve", Bicorne is also the name of a curved 2 cornered European Hat made famous by Napoleon Bonaparte, and Bicorn is also used to describe a species of bird with a huge curved horn on the top of it's beak.
Now then if you are referring to a Unicorn with 2 Horns, than that is better known as the TWONICORN(pronounced as 2-nicorn).

I'm finding you nitpicking over something I made 8 years ago and trying to give me some mythology speech with a made up definition at the end to be quite amusing.Β "Twonicorn" was actually coined by a Simpsons episode and is not the proper name for a double horned unicorn.Β
Mythical creatures are so loosely interpreted-- take a look at the actual descriptions for unicorns and Kirins/Quilins and take a look at the pictures for them. Unicorns actually are not horse-like at all, but rather actually more like goats and deer. The Kirin/Qilin is actually more dragon/deer/doglike than anything equine.Β Yet, if you scour the internet, you will find these open to more interpretations on their equine counterparts. (People do the same thing with gryphon "types"- keythong, opinicus, etc), but its easier for people to use gryphon as a general term so other people understand what it is and can easily find it) Β Taking this into consideration, then who's to say that the actual representation of cow/panther/human can't be interpreted as a two horned unicorn like beast I have pictured here? Your reasoning is ridiculous, really.Β You also forgot to take into consideration that technically speaking, unicorn derives literally from the meaning uni= one, corn= horn, so Bi= two can refer to anything with two horns.
If you also take a look at language itself, you will find that some words have more than one meaning, some even with different spellings! Run, Crane, lead, duck... should I do on?Β So Bicorn for all of the above that you listed as well as my dual-horned unicorn is perfectly acceptable.
Next time you decide to try to school someone on mythology, please choose someone who actually does not know their mythology, and provide correct information.

Well 1st of all, Twonicorn was used as the name of the 2-horned Equines in the Series Yin-Yang-Yo before that Simpsons Episode even aired.
2nd, I simply looked up Bicorn on Wikipedia & this: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicorn_%β¦ came up, so I think that when People found out what a Bicorn was supposed to be they started calling the 2-Horned Unicorn a Twonicorn so that it wouldn't be mistaken as an Evil creature like the Carnivorous Cow-like Monster was known to be.

Thank you!
You can actually use a number of paints and mediums for them- Acrylics, pastels, oils, etc... I use Acrylics :} I'll say that the artist acrylics are sooooo much better than Craft acrylics, but the artist acrylics (the ones that come in a small tube) dry superfast and are thicker, whereas the craft acrylics (in a bigger barrel type container) try slower and are easier to blend. This guy I used both :}
