Description
Fourth and last one of the four 1916 series of very fast battlecruiser studies Yuzuru Hiraga drawn up in 1916 September to show what kind of hull and ship required to reach a very high 35knots or 65km/h speed. This design mimics that of Design II eg the mixed oil and coal fuelled version of Design III using the same hull but half a knot slower speed and 550tons lighter displacement.
Likewise I've changed the after superstructure and boat handling facilities to make it look somewhat different from Design III

The design had the following characteristics:
Dimensions: 278,89 (pp) x 294,13 (oa) x x 29,56 x 9 meters
Displacement: 43.950tons (standard)
Armour: 305mm Belt, 38mm over Machinery, 51mm over Magazine Deck, 76mm Slopes
Engines: 195.000shp Gihon Steam Turbines, 6 shafts
Speed: 64km/h (34,5knots)
Armaments:
4x2 410mm/45 Type 3 / 3rd Year Type Cannons,
20x1 140mm/50 Type 3 / 3rd Year Type Guns,
4x1 76mm/40 Type 3 / 3rd Year Type AA Guns,
4x1 533mm Above Water and 4x1 Below Water Torpedo Tubes

Edit: Some minor fixes mostly on the bridge
