After working their way past a small assault of skeletons and a dead oak tree coming to life, Meril and James rushed into the abandoned mansion seeking shelter from the legions of the undead and a murder of vicious crows. The first room they went into was a massive library where the books reached up to the sky as far as the eye could see. In the midst of exploring the dark hall of curious ancient tomes, the two got briefly separated as a mysterious sacrificial mask only James could hear called to him, warning him of a cursed book known as “Dungeonland” which should not be opened…
"Hey, this book looks like D&D meets Alice in Wonderland!"
The pages flipped rapidly on the other side of the massive bookshelf as Meril opened said book and found herself surrounded by an army of Card Soldiers as a sinister dragon in the form of the Mad Hatter confronted James before he could run.
"Wouldn't you like to stay for the party? It's rude to turn down an invitation like THAT!"
With an assortment of nasty tricks such as flinging razor-sharp invitations, pouring his scalding-hot tea which would erupt from the ground in geysers, and his top hat bearing a sawblade rim, the Mad Hatter smiled with a fiendish grin as he danced about in a playful-but-deadly fashion. Though fighting was not usually his thing, James would make an exception and take a stand against this twisted fairy tale; grabbing a marble bust from the floor as his only weapon, he was determined to catch up with Meril and escape this nightmare…

Heh, that was fun lil' RP we did with him...went from 11 PM to 7 AM, fun marathon we had going XD
Gotta say we really love the special effects on this one, let us tell ya! The geyser of tea looks really neat, and the near-endless library effect ya did in the background that fades out is too awesome ^___^ Really digging the design ya got for the Dragon Mad Hatter, his pointy head is awesome n' the dood looks real wicked...but he looks like he's having tons of fun! Heh, great work on this, it looks superb; well done
Amidst the bits of loose tea splashing about, we see a heart n' a Mickey Mouse head...does this library have bumper cars?
