(Rejected Robot Master Concept)Yeah, he received brutal criticism from me. I'm not pleased but it's not bad and I don't approve. I thought of redesigning him instead but I just can't seem to like it. Then, I thought of creating a better Robot Master and that's when I created Sapphire Man V1 and then V2. However, I also rejected Sapphire Men and replaced it with Satellite Man.
Come to think of it, I quite like the design by now...
Maybe I'll use him as a secret boss like Sapphire Men.

Mabey, but only Mabey, he could replace Circuit Man. Because there is already a Circuit Man in Mega man Revolution. Or would you prefer to change Circuit Man's name instead?

I actually loved Meteor Man. And Satellite man as well. So good I want to keep both but of course the similar theme is overkill in one game so understood the opt for change. Maybe Meteor Man can have the satellite-like panels exchanged for something else. And he could be kept or used for your new set of 8 RM 
I don't dislike the concept of wizard man but don't like his look, robe, face, hat, etc. He looks like he would be a mysterious fellow who helps mega man along in the game with items, magic, tips of secret passage ways and advice then being a Robot master. But I love the other 7.
As for the people who are calling him too generic, He is based on the classic RM styling people. Generic? Sure he is basically simple but you don't see him as an original classic RM from the classic series? You don't get any more simpler and uncreatively generic as wood/magnet/crystal/stone/star man were. its like all they magnet man and top man, and couldn't think of how to do star man intergalactic so just gave him star pads everywhere. and charge man, I like his feet idea but and the spout on head but the whole train on head, his body, color, and silly face is insulting. But we cant get any more pathetic then galactic man can we?

Actually, I have a quick suggestion.
Do you remember the Anchus brothers from the Zero series?
You fought the Red brother in Zero 1, and the Blue brother in Zero 2. Then, at the end of Zero 2, you fought them both at the same time.
My point is that I think it would be neat if you fought Satellite Man AND Meteor Man with Satellite's rematch in the Wily stage.
Most likely due to the fact that he's a previous version, Meteor's colors seem to contrast Satellite's perfectly, while keeping a similar design.
I think it would be interesting if that was literally Meteor's in-universe origin. A previous version of Satellite.
So basically, Meteor got ticked that you beat his better brother, and wants to fight you WITH Satellite this time.
