Description
Like Megaman 7's Cloud Man,Megaman 8 Astro Man and Megaman 9 Splash Woman. I decided to create a legless Robot Master, Polar Man! I think one legless robot master for a Megaman game was a tradition though. XDPolar man has no definite reference.
He has a very robotic personality like CWU-01P.

This design doesn't really have that Robot Master flair.
Like...he's cool enough to have the Man at the end of his name, but not cool enough to be a Robot Master.
I feel he'd probably have more of a Joe status than anything~

After seeing the likes of Dr. Wily's Freeze Man, Chill Man's Lethality during the robenza crisis and Dr.Light's own Ice Man, the Russian Military decided to make its own winter soldier. Designed Dr.Cossack and other top scientists among Russia's allies Polar Man was supposed to help fight battles in cold terrain. However he went Rogue and with cyrokinetic robots has attacked villagers in the Siberian Tundra and is currently seeking to derail the Tran Siberian Express by freezing the tracks. Stop him Mega Man.
the stage starts with you warping in on the top of a moving train under attack. Upon making your way to the control room you are forced to fight a penguin that hurls chunks of ice as a miniboss. The trains stops just before reaching the Icy rails. after making your way to another part of the railroad you fight Polar Man himself.
He starts the battle by floating across the screen and carpet bombing the floor with icicles. Once he reaches the other side he uses the Polar Blast, a strong gust of wind that freezes you in place if you don't keep moving. If Mega man is frozen Polar Man makes a giant icicle and drops it on Mega Man doing 7 damage. Mega man wasn't frozen he summons chunks of ice which he hurls at mega man one by one (5 in all) he then repeats the patter from the beginning.
Mega mans version of the Polar blasts freezes on screen enemies in place and damages electric and plant based enemies. fire enemies are damaged but don't get frozen.

Man this guy looks pretty menacing. I like the idea of making him be a floating type of guy. Probably one of my favorites of your group, only tied with Sprout Woman.

I like it. Reminds me the most of Astro Man, but he still looks unique enough to stand on his own.

I was thinking he looked more like a cross of Hornet Man and Queenbee but with an ice theme for some reason. Anyhow, Polar Man still looks menacing and based by your description, I can see him speaking like HAL-9000.

If Freeze Man didn't exist with his awesome 4th wall shenanigans, this would definitely be my favorite ice Robot Master. Very menacing.
