Several years have passed since Agent Illinois had been last seen or heard by anyone, his friends included. Many assumed he had died in combat on a distant world, far from the influence of the Covenant remnants, UNSC, Banished, and other unknown malign powers.

But he is not dead. Far from it, in fact. On a remote, distant world on the edge of human-explored space, there is a haven, a strange isolated frontier where the worn and weary, the scarred and beaten, and the tired and troubled may find refuge. It is there that he has lived when the world, and his friends, moved on.

Few know of it's existence, and those who live there prefer it remain that way.
