I can't believe I finished it %)has a V-day contest this month, titeled "True love". Well - looks like what I've done is not quite in V-day-mood
- I'm sorry for that, guys 
. "True love" is rather complicated concept for me 
The scene takes place after Dan's death, right before Tsunade left the village.

Tsunade looks so young, like a little girl. Jiraiya looks like her father figure rather than her lover.

Isn't it natural since she hides her age?.. If she looks 20 and he 40, he may as well look like her father.

I know they are still in conflict, but it's just that after Dan's death she decided not to let anyone into her heart again. She loves Jiraiya, but won't let herself acknowledge it, first because of the Toad Nin's behavior and second because it would mean risking her heart again-kind of a 'if he doesn't know he can't hurt me'. However if you look at Jiraiya's behavior it's the same sort of thing, only instead of acting cool and stand-offish he acts the fool-it's like Naruto, hiding his loneliness and pain behind an more outrageous attitude and behavior.
But you can tell they love each other, they just are waiting for the other to make the first move-both of them as so scared of doing so.
I'm reading this story on AFF called 'My Chibi Dobe' where Naruto gets turned into an five year old and losses his older memories and because of the threat of our favorite criminal group has to stay with two of his different friends a week and ends up match-making them. And guess who his two biggest challenge is? You guessed it. Only he succeed, the last chapter he was asking our favorite Hokage to marry him! And she said yes!!!

This is beautiful.
You can definitely get a feel for Tsunade's sadness and feelings of loss. It's also very clear to see how much Jiraiya is hurting at seeing the woman he loves in so much pain after losing someone she loved. It's so simply, yet at the same time, so complex.
A lovely picture of a scene that's both touching and sad.

This is perfect, although heartbreaking.
You managed to capture not only how broken Tsunade is, but the pain felt by Jaraiya as well, and I love how she's facing away from him, unable (or perhaps unwilling) to see what he's feeling for her.
It takes an especially strong man to genuinely comfort a woman who's crying over another.
On a side note, I've always thought that the markings on Jaraiy's face (and those on Itachi's, for that matter) look like the tracks left by tears.
