I felt it would be fun to make a study of every Zelda character once in awhile, both canon and OC that I have drawn or will come to draw in my series and maybe shed light as to why I chose their designs.

Full name and other titles: Armogohma Artillery

Appearances: Twilight Princess (canon) Gerudo Wars, The Fallen Sage (non-canon)

Design Notes: I love the Gohma... so much... they really do give arachnids a good name (or bad if you are terrified of spiders). As most know, the Gohma are about to flood into the Kokiri Forest and 'attempt' to consume everything. Here's a little sneak peak perhaps? Anywho, most of the sides in Gerudo Wars have some really long range artillery-like unit, and I thought it a conundrum of how the Gohma would compensate. The Armogohma from TP gave me an answer. These nasties walk in pairs of two, one lifting up the other for it to aim its deadly eye beam (or volley, in this case) and cut a swath through its foes. As Sulkaris mentioned... it's a clever little idea these spiders came up with to counter catapults, ballista, trebuchets,and all other sorts of unfair advantages the other armies have.
