Description This is what I did to my generations Sandstorm so his colors would be more like the G1 figure and more fancy schmancy looking.

Did you drybrush the whole figure, or just tone down colors and add cool metallic details?  I've been fooling around with pinwashes on Smokescreen and have an eye on adding some details to Sandstorm and Springer.

Nah i dont think i did any dry brushing on him. Just matched the plastic color the best I could then swapped around some color placements, and added extra little details.

Very nice! I even like how well the light piping works for the eyes, even though you didn't do anything to the eyes. This looks awesome!

Light piping is a great way to make the robot look alive when its engineered correctly, isn't it?
