They reused the runabout lounge for the colony ship from the DS9 eps. "Paradise" and "Second Sight" (U.S.S. Prometheus). The bunks were reused for the Defiant crew quarters from Season 3 onwards.

From my number-one favorite Next Generation episode, "Timescape"...
...for one reason -- the (only) interior shots of the aft quarters of a Danube-class runabout.

Even though Danube-class runabouts were commonly employed in Deep Space Nine episodes, that set was never reused (which I consider rather odd, since it, obviously, cost a pretty penny to build such a cool set.)
