Doubt it, but not out of the realm of an idea.
To be honest, I don't think she does have a human self in that world. CHS is meant to be Canterlot or Ponyvile, and Crystal Prep is the Empire. Yet in the human world, Twilight is at Prep. The movie made reference to the first ep with her knocking Spike back with the door, which was done in Canterlot in Pony. Sunset, as far as we know, came from Canterlot and left her studies. Which means... if your idea is to work, means Human Sunset would have to be a drop out of Crystal Prep and in the city still. I'm just shooting things out, but it is a bit far fetched for a movie, A comic maybe... but thats as far as I think that train will go.
As for me, how do I know so much? I'm good at deduction and I have a little sister... nuff said.Β

But I think another possibility for the next movie is that those little lights we saw shoot out of the statue in LOE will infect people around school or the town and the girls have to become superheroes.

I don't doubt that to be a possibility, in fact each individual "spark of magic", as it were, could each be a separate movie. Would be the most logical way to go to pull as many strings to make the most of the E.G. Franchise. More supported with sunset literally calling their new abilities "superpowers".Β
To be fair, another prediction is one no one thinks of, only mentioned in books. Both in reality and in the show... but the idea is so far fetched it could not be.
