Beautiful colors here. The only hot spot I see is covered by the tree, so it's really not that bad at all. Nice work.

I think what i am going to do is scan the pages for this process and post in my scaps. Got to have that tripod.
I was not happy with the results from the program and had stopped doing it. But after see the process in something that I already had and the outstanding results, I am back on it.
The tripod is a must. You back from the car yet.

Wow, great job. And is this just a process in PSP that you do?

Here's what I had to do:
Camera work: Take 2 shots of the subject. Everything is the same except for the shutter speed or EV. I set the timer and took the first shot at 0.0 EV and then for the second shot 1 step down on the shutter or my way was -1.0 EV.
PS work: after you save the images to computer go to file>Automate>Merge to HDR and find the 2 imagesand there is some other stuff. Now this creates a 32 bits/channel at a 72 dpi image. Give it a shot and let me know if you have questions.

Great.
I plan on doing some HDR myself.. Photomatix is a little out of reach right now, but CS2 will do.

I am starting to think it was not worth the money that I spent on it. Photoshop is way better.

Those aren't lights, those are leaves that got over exposed by the process. These can be called hot spots but I was talking about the very bright spots in the falling water.
I really want to get a shot without that rock but I can get this perspective without out getting more of the plants. The perfect spot for that shot would have me standing on some plants and I don't want to get kick out of this place.

You could levitate... Is the force strong within you??? lol Anyway - I like the water - didn't notice hot spots there - just the leaves at the bottom. Gonna go look again.

Sure is. Why do you ask? I am not trying to be a smart ass cause I am testing a new process and would like to know the difference others see.

I was confused for a bit reading your comment about photoshop then noticed afterward that in was in the photography section.
I really like the picture. Waterfalls are always so pretty. Where was this taken?
