Here she is, Franny Freeze and her alter-ego, Franny Philips! Before I get to the bio, this picture turned out good, despite flaws including Franny's hero form head being bigger than her civilian form's head, and on her civilian form, her right arm is bigger than her left arm.

NAME-Franny Freeze

REAL NAME-Francine "Franny" Philips

AGE-8

ABILITIES-Ice powers, the ability to create ice, sleet, snow, blizzards, and such, super strength.

FROM-Pearland, Texas

BIO-Long ago during the Silver Age of Heroics, there was a ice heroine named Franny Freeze. That Franny Freeze, real name Francine Lewis, fought enemy spies, traitors, criminals, and supervillains during her time. It was also this time that she met another Texas superhero, The Texan Titan, real name Craig Philips.

He had super strength and fought the same foes like Franny. Then one day, both got married years later, and retired from super heroics. Then 9 months and a year later, they gave birth to a daughter, they decided to name her after the birth mother-Franny.

Around Age 1, Franny discovered the amazing fact, she has ice powers and super strength! Franny had to keep her powers in secret to keep them from being exposed. But one day in Kindergarten, a tornado ripped the roof open! Franny had no choice, she had to save her classmates by using not only her strength, but her ice powers in public.

While usually people were afraid of super beings, the classmates cheered her on! As she grew up, she began to train herself to use her powers for good use. She even used them to raise money by making snow cones and provide Pearland with a Winter Wonderland during droughts.

As she turned 8, Franny decided to become a full fledged superheroine. Both Franny and Craig had to set up some rules for their child to be a superheroine, most important, a curfew for 9:00 PM, except for weekends, due to the fact she has school. So, she used a formal dress, remade it, and used it as her costume, and Franny Freeze was reborn!

Franny has two different powers, but her main weakness like other ice-themed heroes and heroines, is fire and extreme temperatures. However her super strength takes backseat to her ice powers. Although she is a hero, she is still a kid and has to balance between being a kid and a hero.

FACT-She is the 1st of my creations to have been raised by former superheroes and the 2nd heroine to have her powers not being the result of an accident, the 1st heroine to have that honor is The Golden Mermaid.
