Description Another entry for the Spitfire Halloween Villain Laugh Contest .  I did my best putting this together given how close we are to the deadline.  I nearly painted Ratigan, but realized that one of my top favorite villains (just below Chernabog and Frollo) is the Horned King.  It's a shame that his movie wasn't up to his caliber, but it is something to say that this character was able to nearly carry the whole movie by himself.

He looks like he's smiling. Isn't it interesting that he NEVER made at least 1 smile in this movie, that's pretty scary to me since it does show how serious of a villain he is. O-O

That's a feat to carry a whole movie by themselves.  OO I like how Horned King dominates the frame, giving a sense of his powerful evil. His clawed hands are upturned, suggesting ambition, and he has one of the most impressive ambitions of all the Disney Villains, you can't help but root for him. : ) The detail in his hermine is just wow : DD Excellent!!!!

He's one of my favorite Disney villains, too. The movie was subpar for Disney, but hey it's still fun to watch!
