N.F.M.R. Case File

Four months have passed since the events in Australia. Monster sightings have been limited, more like non-existant. We were short on a job, but then we got a call. Out in the Arabian Desert, Bedouins found a rather strange sight, a stone colossus out in the shape of a wingless demonic dragon, a sight we never thought we'd see again.

That wasn't the strangest part though. The statue was bleeding profusely from its eyes, which when coupled with its pained snarling posture, made for a frightening image. The UN rushed to send a research team to inspect the gargoyle, no one wanted that dragon to break loose again, that's for sure. We were sent in not long afterwards to inspect, though we didn't see much either. The scientists that had been there for days before all said that they were going to leave soon, until they decided to inspect the properties of the blood itself.

They found a genetic marvel that was thought to be impossible to exist. The blood of Megidda bore intensive radioactive properties, but at the same time the DNA was. . . so unlike anything else. It's like a cave painter observing Da Vinci, he gets what he's doing, but has no idea how it got there. The UN got word and demanded to inspect it all they could, but then, of course, things got crazy. One of the doctors, holding the blood in a beaker, suddenly lurched in pain. A small desert dwelling arachnid, a camel spider, had bitten him on the leg, causing him to instinctively drop the beaker and swat the spider onto the ground, ready to be smited by the boot of smiting. Frank told me that would sound cool . . .

Nonetheless, the camel spider was washed in the blood from the beaker, and. . . the tent came down moments later. Reed Alexander

I couldn't believe it. I just couldn't. I have always loved the obscurity around Camel Spiders, just listen to some soldiers talk, tales of size and venom alike abound. And now, well, there was A GIANT ONE running through the sands, spearing whatever it saw with it's legs. I know, it was killing people, and that's bad, but I couldn't stop laughing in awe.

The Arabian military was mobilized, but it ended up being a tank shish-kabob. The beast couldn't be stopped, and it moved with a speed and crafty intelligence I had yet to see in a monster. It was nearing Dubai, one of the most prominent cities on the planet, when suddenly a massive wall of sand loomed over the beast, knocking everything back with a sheer wall of kinetic force, like a sonicboom.

Suddenly, the devil spider was snatched up by four whip-like appendages, coming from a mysterious silhouette in the sands. Oy, what an epic day this was beginning to become...

I'm not sure if this guy/gal is an lols kaiju or not, but I do find the whole idea funny as hell as well.

It's hard to find a good spider kaiju, but this kaiju i pretty cool.

Lols, eh. . .it depends on the audience. To humans, he's small enough to be a maneater. To kaiju, he's a bit small to pose a threat to many, amongst the evil monsters, which do interact, he's a bit of the guy they pick on, the 'greenhorn'

Glad you like him.
