Another picture successfully done I always feel so happy when I finish a picture and sit back to see the results that I'm always satisfied with I may not be a cell shader or a usual Sonic coloring artist but I like my style. I actually love it
Anyway, the picture itself is a chibi of my fursona, Valkyrie Cat. I drew her for a reference for those I plan to commission pictures of her from, or for future Art Trades since I never gave too much out about her outfit beyond the cloak so it didn't give too many people much to work with
The outfit is based off my personal preference for clothing that I would personally love to wear but could never pull off in Rl. It feels very "old timey" and rather "witchey" in a sense, especially with the added pentagram- yes, I am a Witch/Pagan/Wiccan in Rl, hence why I added it. I also changed the eye color to golden to make her into a Bombay, a breed of cat I adore with all my heart As well, due to the color of my own eyes in Rl, when the sun hits them the right way, they happen to turn a golden shade
The wings are not only from the cat I adopted- see the first picture of my fursona to see what I mean- but I also decided to use it as a way to represent not only the first species of creature I Rp'ed as on Facebook- well second species which was a fallen angel- but it also has a deeper meaning behind it that Im not going to go into due to personal reasons.
While Han was going to be my fursona in the beginning, and she was while I was on Facebook, I felt her happy-go-lucky and bright personality was representing more of a past me, and with creating a whole new life and relationships with her upon arrive on dA, I'd feel really awkward to just suddenly go "yup, this is me " thus the original reason why I decided to make my own fursona She represents me perfectly, even if Im not a walking, talking cat with angel wings even though I wish I was so I could fly around to see all of my friends xDDDD //shot
I know this is done Sonic Style, but Valkyrie herself is suppose to be a furry but I have no problem depicting her as a Sonic Sona as well
