Description The original title was going to be "The Witch Cat" but it didn't sound too right to me Anyway, after what happened yesterday, I didn't really feel like working on commissions- I still kinda don't at the moment - so I decided to draw a few pictures for myself...one needs some serious editing to make sure all the poses are right- since it is four characters in a picture and its my first time doing a few hand poses and such in it- so I decided to do this one of my fursona instead I also decided to make the outline gold just because it was kind of hard to see some parts and well...I just wanted to do something different for once
Also in her right arm is the cloak she normally wears- see her chibi form and you'll see what I mean- just if before anyone asks
I'll probably use this as my laptop wallpaper or something

Hope you guys like it and let me know what your thoughts are on coloring the normal black lines in the lineart

Woah Molly Thant's what I call real awesomeness I don't know what exactly, but this picture really made me stare for a few minutes The atmosphere itself, even if it seems simple, has a special air around it and the drawing itself is brilliant, especially the shading And you were telling me you won't be able to draw digitally- dear, you're making such quick and big progresses in such a short time  
For the lineart, I'm actually glad you experienced with colors other than black, I might try using this technique as well :33 But I'll have to agree with skyiel in some points- the golden lineart looks really well in contrast with the shirt in my opinion, but is a bit too evident on the skirt (?) zone. But that's not a too big problem, the picture itself still remains purely amazing Darkening the color to light brown/dark orange could be something ou could try. Don't be scared to experience with color

You should, I bet it would come out amazing on your art Yeah, I know I still have a lot of practice to do when it comes to coloring the lineart This was just a spontaneous "hey let's color the lineart!" xDDD But I'll be sure to test with it more...most likely only in my wallpapers for the moment though then I'll add it to my other pictures down the track when I've perfected it

Non black lines always seem to catch my attention.  I recommend using a darker colour for the lines though, real objects don't even have out lines, so adding lines brighter than most of the colours makes it stand out a bit too much.  But everything else looks purr-fect.  ^^

Thanks for the advice, Metal-Chan I'll be more careful with it from now on. But I think for my fursona, I probably might keep the lines golden just because they seem to fit her xD But again, thank you very much~

If you want it golden then you can have it smoothly change from browns, to oranges, to yellows, it gives a golden effect without having it all lighter than the main colour.  ^^
