Vintage comics from a man's magazine, early 1960's. Author might be Walter Popp, but I'm not sure.Sexploitaition magazines and movies just love playing with totalitarian imagery. While Nazi porn was rather widespread in that soft porn sub-genre, Communists are not uncommon either.
Above, you see two NKVD officers (Stalin's Secret State Police, the Communist equivalent of the Gestapo) probably using one of their sexy female spies to take embarrassing pictures.
Below, some Red Army soldiers drinking and chasing young women.

heeeyyyyy, i do want to say that the "Sovietsploitation" theme is underrated. This pic is the only thing i have seen with the Soviet theme. If there's a Soviet fetish pic, it's usually Soviet superwoman or hot soviet girl.

You're right, there isn't much 'sovietsploitation' around. I know of some b movies looking like 'Ilsa she-wolf of the SS', where the antagonist is a sadistic Gulag guard.

Not that I know of, but I'm not an expert in international affairs.
Beyond Europe, I think the last one was the quasi-fascist regime of Juan Peron in Argentina, and it ended in 1955.

Well, I don't know that part of the world at all, and to answer your question one must really study the traditions, past, economy, politics etc...of the country. There's no universal recipe for Third Positionism, it varies from country to country.

Well, there's no short answer since it takes different forms from country. I suggest you do some research about Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, Portugal, Romania etc... between the 2 world wars, and you'll see which economic, social, judicial measures were taken.
