Description You know, all things considered, I have good relationship potential. I know I spend a lot of time being modest about myself, but people could do worse than me. I'm smart, I'm funny, I can even pull off being romantic sometimes. I have a creative streak that I tap into on a fairly regular basis, and the results aren't half bad. I have a lot of interests and I can get along with almost anyone I meet. I also clean up fairly well and I'm generally very respectful and honest.

Any girl mature enough to not be swayed by looks alone would love a guy like me. However, therein lies the problem: I'm not a guy.

It honestly does bother me how often I am limited by my gender, though I say this strictly for a romantic viewpoint. Too often have I heard "If you were a guy..." as the prefix to an otherwise positive statement. Girls always have grown up with high expectations for love, and I suppose I'm really no exception to that. We dream of perfection, of unconditional and endless love. Funny how "unconditional" only goes as far as the physicalities. The boundaries set generally exclude other women. I can't judge too harshly, considering that I have similar limits concerning men, but even I can't say for sure whether those are concrete given the right circumstance.

Imagine what the possibilities might be if we existed without physical form. It sounds like nonsense, but humor me. Imagine if we placed our values solely on intangible qualities: our personalities, our thoughts and emotions and opinions... our souls, if were inclined to believe they exist. What would love be like then, if there were no preconceived notions of male, female, gay, straight, or any declaration of being that existed in between?

What would love be like without those boundaries...?

Don't you love it when you write something you truly feel? Because, often, these things are the truth and something that needs to be adressed.

Good job

Funny thing is that I've been thinking about the exact same thing lately...I guess I can truly say that without the boundaries you mentioned, we can call it a form of perfection. That's just my opinion though.

take care
