I doubt the Doctor would let him fight the monsters, at least with lethal weapons such as the Blade Blaster in gun mode. Fourth I think would permit just the Power Lance. He'd even get furious at Rita and Lord Zedd and they'd cower in his boots.
I doubt the later incarnations of the Doctor from Eight and onwards would actually let Billy Morph and fight and Billy would be using his Morpher less and less and more using his brains and a diplomatic solution rather than fight.Β

Besides, The DoctorΒ is all anti-fighting and the Power Rangers are warriors in the name of defense. So.... the Doctor basically would make every single Ranger Villain fear him and leave Earth alone, he would never allow mortals or any of his companions to ever fight

I agree! I love how in Doctor Who really anyone could be a companion since the TARDIS can go anywhere and anywhen.
