That is a great picture. It is interesting to see Sunset Shimmer in the water. This reminds me of Rainbow Rocks. This is the movie where I really started to like Shunset Shimmer as a character. She was in process of becoming redeemed. There were also villainous Dazzlings. This is one of the rare cases where hippocampuses appear in MLP. These one are called sirens. The water is the home of hippocampuses.

Haha, well it mostly is just me wanting to draw my own stuff, but I'm still sometimes tempted to try my hand at taking some comms- maybe a little less recently, but I was considering it a little bit during summer

Commissions can really be fun in short bursts, even just doing 1 a month can feel very uplifting.
I find it a good way to spread creativity, as it helps you keep your art flowing and not keepingΒ confined.
That's almost a terrible way to explain it because your art is always dynamic and changing, but I'm bad at words sometimes
