More practical than her outfit with the skirt, maybe, but how is it more practical than wearing shorts? XD If she's in the desert and she has to sit down, for example, she'd be more prone to burning her butt, lol.

Nah, I highly doubt she'd sit down in the middle of the desert. Plus she has fur (obviously), so she won't be too hot or too cold XD Shorts are just an extra, besides, if Sally and Bunny can run around without pants, then why not Mina?

Lol I guess I can't really deny that. After all, that kind of setup works just fine for the male characters, but that's just something that crossed my mind.
Wait! Pockets. Pockets are always welcome for this kind of stu-aw, shoot. DX That's not a good argument either, the characters have a hammerspace which they can use to carry Emeralds, and an actual hammer, in Amy's case.
Of course, she's still wearing a top, which is just about as practical as pants are anyway. In fact, probably the only practical part of her outfit is her boots. Fashion for Mobians is such a funny thing, isn't it? XD
