Season 1 - Episode 4

Seven is recalled back to Earth, to assist Admiral Data in developing counter measures for possible changeling infiltrators. She suggests the use of biogenic weapons as the most logical course. But Data disagrees, not based on logic, but principle. Seven finds this extremely difficult to understand. Just a few months ago Data approved the mission to murder the entire changeling society for all they know, and now he speaks to her about principle ?!

At the same time the Morgana undergoes repairs while docked at Deep Space Nine, after taking one hell of a beating in the Gamma quadrant. They found the evac site and attempted to infiltrate it, but they were discovered and barely made it out. Fortunately they managed to blow up the compound; unfortunately it seems there are a lot more places with changelings than they originally thought.

Colonel Kira struggles to accept recent events. She's been given access to classified data on the Dominion and the Morgana, and is now questioning Starfleet's motives and methods, and yet these methods are the ones she'd been more comfortable with during the occupation.
