Full View For Details.Samurai Spirits 64 is a 3D Versus game by SNK in NEO GEO 64 platform, and it's very popular during my schooling days. I even bought the original soundtrack and the illustration book as my collection. Haomura(Samurai in white) and Hanzo (A ninja) are both my fav characters in the game, as for Shiki(The gurl), she is very seductive and was controlled by the Evil Lord at that time. Hence, as a tribute to my favourite game once before, I made this. The hardest part of this vector piece might be the little shade on the characters, piece by piece are put up together (Patience...). Other than that, I use the same technique (expressive strokes) as my "Eternal Bravery".
I hope you guys have a great time seeing it like I do.

I love the colors--especially the purples and your sharp contrasts with blacks and whites.
Haomura's hair puts Raditz's (Dragonball Z) to complete and utter shame. 
I like his pose as well--very battlelike, very comic-book-y.

I basically get all the shape done first then filled in colors to match as it goes. Vector Art is all about shape getting put up together. I like vector art becuz it's challedging. It's like creating jizsaw pieces yrself and put them together one by one. Besides, I can save whtever size I want and print them in super good quality rather than raster. Vector Rocks!
