Another Rapoza study...spot on lighting and losing edges. Mumm-Ra in his decayed form from the original series. I'll eventually do one after he amps up.Photoshop Wacom @4 hours

nice work on the texturing of the cape!
the lighting looks a bit to harsh if u know what i mean?
also the knuckels on the hand could use some work.
Maybe the glowing eyes could submit so light on the eyelids and brows?
but still a very enjoyable piece!

Yeah this is certainly not as finished as it could be! Im doing these to study various elements...the main focus on this was losing edges like the edge of his hood against the background...I generally make everything hard edged...this all goes back to focus basically...the spot on lighting is something I've never really played with either...I tried to give the eyes some glow but the softer edges around the eye took away from the contrast. Thanks for the feedback!
