My crazy idea for this work first started when I stumbled across a photograph of a Red Tailed Black Cockatoo. The females have a bunch of little yellow spots among their black plumage(in the face area mostly), that remind me of a sea of stars in a galaxy. Then one thing led to another and I ended up painting this in more of a galaxy color scheme with planets spewing from the mouth! I had fun with thisΒ
Β Maybe a cockatoo created the universe,who knows?Watercolor and ink pen.

I do not,sadly. I live in an apartment xD I do, however, have 2 adorable budgies named Tiki and Peep!

Thanks! Tiki is turquoise and yellow, and Peep is all yellow :3 Chimichonga is such a cute name! I love food names for birds so much,hehe. What species of Cockatoo is it? Like a sulpher crested or umbrella cockatoo?
