Idea I had where Kiara is significantly older than Kion, and maybe even helped raise him! Idk if I'll make this part of my headcanon but I'm really feeling it, so it's def a possibility.

I feel like this could help explain the events of Lion Guard better than Lion Guard does it, because I never really liked that Kion existed the whole time TLK 2 was happening. So this would mean Kiara is already Queen by the time Kion is born.

In this version of the story, Kiara made it a point to be a good sister to him, since she missed out on having an older sibling with Kopa. Kion absolutely adores her, and for several years thought he had 3 parents (Kiara, Nala, and Simba). In my other HC, Kion is adopted, but in this one he'll be blood related to Kopa and Kiara.

Also, I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've drawn Kiara. In my HC she's paired with Vitani, so Vitani technically becomes Queen too.
