Giving my gallery some attentions due to the lack of posts in the past two weeks. Uploading some stuff that was almost rotting in my folder... because my DmC is not gonna find an end.Vergil belongs to Ninja Theory and Capcom.
And now, back to the other ports, renders, challenges and a very important gift.

HOW DO YOU MAKE THEM REALISTIC?
please help me! I'm trying to make some realistic stuff but I don't seem to be able to do it!

I can't help you because I am not a model maker. These models were posed, rendered and edited in Photoshop, but my skills at the moment are only in the editing part. I am studying some 3D and human anatomy to make my own characters in ZBrush, but currently I am not able to sculpt a full character from scratch. If I am allowed to say that, your model looks pretty awesome already!

Well then can you help me within your experience? xD I SUCK at rendering, really don't know anything more than just "render" button haha
also if you want some help from me in creating characters then I'll be glad to help!
btw do you know about sss materials? if you do, can you tell me some hint about them?

and thank you! but a friend experienced in 3D gave my model 3.4 out of 10, so I feel so stubborn to reach the 10 LOL

Well I am still practicing in rendering too XD but yeah sure, I can help you if you want to use blender for that.
I know about SSS materials and sometimes apply them in Mental Ray with 3D Studio Max, the result is pretty nice imho.
Uhm... my answer is DANTE! XD But also VERGIL, because I actually like them both.
Wha- really? 3.4?? Oh my... I would give you 100 out of 10 XD but probably because I'm not a modeler, so I have no experience in that. But seriously, I think it's a bit too low for the result you obtained...

I mainly use 3Ds Max 
xD they are Twins, no wonder you can't choose
xD dunno, But looking at the realistic models 3D artists are making, I think I'm still kinda far from realism

I never used V-ray, though it looks amazing. And I know what you mean because I can't afford certain softwares either >_<
Blender is free, so you can use Cycles and all as you wish without issues indeed.
Maybe, but I still have to learn how to sculpt humans, so you definitely got some impressive results

have you tried DAZ studio with ZBrush? I think it works with sculptris too (free xD)
But it's really great to review human anatomy and make some real looking base meshes
only a small issue that it has, xD the face looks feminine cuz the maps and eyelashes in the Genesis Base model are more feminine alike xD which is a pain for me cuz I don't like working with textures haha

Yeah I used to love DAZ 3 and now I just installed DAZ 4. I also tried to use it with ZBrush, though I am not familiar with the ZBrush way of sculpting (I need practice) and once reimported back the model has some issues in DAZ. Still, I think it's pretty amazing.

I still have to install it in DAZ4, but I've heard you can add it into your My Library folder and the program should be able to see it like all the other content (since DAZ3 stuff is compatible). If not, it's possible to refresh the library.

xD I remember my first times meeting with ZBrush, my head hit a thousand wall before I could move a bit there and do something LOL
btw, when you send the model from DAZ to ZBrush don't export it at current resolution, it's gonna change the topolgy and there you can't import it back to DAZ
if you want to ask something about ZBrush I can give you some hints via screen sharing program (joinme) and guide you a bit since I got a bit familiar with it
Tip: use shift when navigating in ZBrush, helps to not get lost xD

The first time I met ZBrush I was like 16 or 17 years old. I was like: "WTF NO WAY!!" and uninstalled it XD I've been in love with 3D since then though... and you can see it from the renders and meshmods I make. Reinstalled ZBrush because I really want to learn how to sculpt a character from scratch and I decided to practice also with drawings so that I can learn anatomy a bit more faster (if I have good references I'm pretty good in that lol, you can see my fanarts folder here).
Some helps would definitely be nice. I am practicing with the sculpt tool in blender 2.49b, but it's a bit different from the one in ZBrush.
