The chief's daughter, as you wrote, Jungle-Queen , is saying more or less : "They said I had to give her the Jungle Girl if we wanted them to release the children. She has to be delivered to them, tied up and harmless. You have to follow me to their village !". Brave and selfless enough, the Jungle Girl agrees to those conditions. The chief expresses his deep gratitude. Then the chief's daughter adds : "But since I don't want to take any chance you'd change your mind halfway, I decided to tie you up on the zebra before we leave this place. We don't want anything to go wrong. Understood ?"
Or maybye she's just saying : "They want you !", and is about to explain the rest on the following pictures.
