Feather passed on July 16th 2022. She'd been my friend and almost constant companion for more than 10 years. She'd always been a sickly cat. She would get these phases where she would sneeze a lot and it would make her breath smell most foul. However, she was the most social cat I've ever met. You had but to lower your hand towards the floor and she's come over, not running but at her own hurried pace, to push her head against your hand. Sit down anywhere, and she would make an attempt to occupy your lap. Especially during these past years where working from home has been so common, she would interrupt my work daily for some much needed cuddles.
