The Night of Restless Stars
This amazing commission was finished well over a month ago. All this time I've been trying to write down the story in a way that would do it justice. However, I've got nothing. I decided to stop trying and failing. Instead I want to ask you this: What do you think is happening here?

I kid I kid, honestly my first thought was "a chance encounter"! Vex, traveling the inter-dimensions as he often does, unexpectedly drops in on a group of surprised monks. It isn't quite what they had in mind for "godlike being from the sky", and he's got some explaining to do for sure... but perhaps both parties have some knowledge to exchange. I like to think Vex meets all kinds of interesting people.
Eriyal did a fantastic job on this painting. I've never seen Vex captured so realistically, check out the lush mane and ridged shoulders. Beautiful!

Hmm yes, there could definitely follow an interesting story from there. Thank you. I think it came out great as well. (I really like the orbiting bright clouds.) I picked Eriyal for this work because I love his skill working with accents of light and color.
