"From left to right",
was Darwin [link] right?

I don't own the Terminator franchise or its designs. I own nothing - I haven't drawn or created these characters or its description, my work was only to compile all those Skynet units from Terminator Universe into one package.

Description of some terminator models on this picture taken from Internet:

Hunter Killers (HKs) are artificially intelligent autonomous war machines built in automated factories. They comprise the majority of the "soldiers" in Skynet's army. Many are similar in overall form to the human's war machines (tanks, aircraft) while others are humanoid endoskeletons.

T-200 represented the first anthropomorphic Hunter Killer (HK) design by Skynet. They were produced in the thousands and were puny by later standards. These Terminators were based on schematics of NORAD maintenance droids, and in some cases were actually the original NORAD droids retrofitted with new components and memory instruction sets. The T-200 had very rigid posture and limited range of bodily motion. It was also extremely delicate. Even a near miss by a large caliber weapon near the array could incapacitate the T-200. The armor of the T-200 was laughable. Hyper alloy construction had yet to be perfected at the time of the T-200 and good materials were scarce. Later models derived from the T-200 architecture had advanced artificial intelligence and served as maintenance technicians and some were directly controlled by Skynet, acting as its eyes and hands. They had no combat programming. By the time the resistance began forming, the T-200s were hunted by humans for their parts which could be recycled. Their weaknesses and short comings compared to later models are almost too numerous to list.

The T-400 series was an experiment by Skynet that attempted to emulate the size, shape, range of motion, and mobility of a human. Though not particularly effective, its cheap construction made it Skynet's best option at the time of its conception and continued to be produced for 6 years. It was produced in large numbers to fill positions in ground forces and later it was relegated to security detail in prison camps where some old models still existed at the time of the Great Victory. Though designed as a soldier, its ineptitude upon its initial deployment quickly relegated it to the function of clearing resistance camps and bases after a successful attack by more effective non-humanoid HKs. It was perfect for this function and so cheap (as in materials when steel was used as the primary metal for chasis in this unit) and expendable that Skynet kept producing the series. It represented a very cheap and scaled down extrapolation of the principles of the T-70 design. The sensory array of the T-400 reflected Skynet's intention for the unit (a limited, but expendable soldier). It had one primitive optical sensor. The T-400 was roughly humanoid in shape, but only remotely so. It could easily be distinguished from a human at any time present on the battlefield or in any other setting. A giant, red glowing optical sensor also did not help it, as this offered a target for human snipers to easily remove its head with ballistic projectiles. The use of a T-400 as an infiltrator was not possible for these reasons. The T-400 was heavily armored (reinforced steel armor that could withstand to small-arms fire) and more resistant to damage than the T-200, but the hyper-alloy construction of later models was not available yet to Skynet, so its durability came at the price of speed and reaction time and was inferior to all later models. This model had several areas where wiring was exposed, that when hit by enemy fire in precise locations, disabled the unit. The armor offered no resistance to plasma weapons and rusted. Sharp shooters who knew of T-400 weak points easily disabled the units with mere conventional weaponry.

The Series 500, or T-500 unit featured an armored battle chassis that made it more durable than the units of the Series 400. The unit also sported enhanced weapons which were synced with an acquisition AI program, making this series a dangerous threat on the battlefield.

The production files for more advanced Terminators existed in Skynet's database, such as the T-70, but the elements of those designs could not be utilized on a useful scale until Skynet had dominance of the Earth's surface and access to the resources necessary to utilize those plans and the time to conduct scientific tests to perfect models incorporating them. The strategic superiority to achieve such an end did not occur until the introduction of the T-600. They were mass produced humanoid battle units manufactured by Skynet from the original designs and test models constructed by Cyberdyne Systems Corporation. Standing almost six feet tall and weighing almost 800 lbs, the T-600's endoskeleton is very powerful and can lift objects almost five times its own weight or punch through concrete and metal with no damage to its reinforced servos. The T-600 Series is capable of running at a constant speed of almost 60 km/h, with short bursts of up to 75 km/h. However, these bursts of speed tax the servos and the joints of the leg assemblies. Due to the lack of technological advancement at the time of their conception and the nature of Skynet's logic, the T-600 Series is fabricated with a smooth latex rubber "skin" to hide its mechanics. Essentially the Series 600 Terminator can be considered a streamlined and lightweight version of the Series 500 Terminator, with improvements to its CPU and a complete redesign of the head to allow for a near human look and working jaw. This design carried over to the successors of the unit, such as Series 700 and 800. This was probably because the human-like endoskeleton made it easier for the living flesh covering of later Terminators to actually look like there was actually a human skeletal beneath, unlike with previous, bulkier models which might make the covering bulge or droop in improbable places.

Cameron is an unknown series Class TOK715 Terminator. Cute, petite, and innocent looking school girl. Based in both looks and behavior upon an actual girl named Allison Young, who was captured, interrogated, and dissected by Skynet.

The Series TS-300 is a stealth Infiltrator equipped with ceramic endoskeleton mimicking human weight, improved artificial musculature and "true-life" pheromones which able to pass animal detection. The synthetical muscles of this model are stronger than human tissue but still vulnerable, so the materials used "under the skin" are dark grays and dull tones in order to hide internal structure, even when revealed by bloodied wounds. Everything is designed around detection avoidance and to not stand out in any way. The ceramic nature of endoskeleton also render this model indiscernible by any metal detector.

I-950 is a purely organic Infiltrator deployed by Skynet. Unlike previous Infiltrators, the I-950 was born rather than created with technological enhancements added over time. The I-950 starts out as a baby with a neural net processor attached to the brain, providing an uplink to Skynet. As a result of the chemically induced age acceleration, I-950 Infiltrators do not age as normal humans do. Because of I-950 Infiltrator's organic nature, it is nearly impossible to detect using metal detectors and is undetectable unless by trained dogs. Fully formed I-950 Infiltrators possess unparalleled control of their physical bodies, able to directly control glandular secretions such as adrenalin, enhance or mute electrical impulses for faster reactions, pain suppression, and muscular precision, even internal medical controls, increasing white blood cells and other operations to precisely meter the impact of illness, infection, and fever, to enhance infiltration success. Their musculature is augmented by slight repositioning of attachment points and an increase in joint mobility to permit even greater applications of power and range of motion than even the most athletic human norms if required. Combat effectiveness is ensured by direct control of muscular contractions around injuries to constrict veins and arteries to control blood loss. To power the mechanical subsystems, it had an improved "biological fuel cell" running off of its bloodstream that would last indefinitely, providing the unit was still operative. There is an internal storage bay located in the abdomen, used for many purposes. This storage pouch was organically sealed, and has to be surgically accessed. The unit could perform self-surgery to access required items given a private place to work. An I-950 Infiltrator's neural net processor is located deep within the core of the organic brain, linked with the unit's mind. A network of wires descend from the neural net, attaching to key points in the unit's spinal column, allowing for the direct control over all bodily functions. Like the neural nets used in the Terminator models, the I-950's possess detailed archives of data downloaded by Skynet itself. In this capacity, each unit has knowledge or skills downloaded directly into their neural nets, which aids in the highly accelerated learning and training process. A connector is also wired into the optic nerves, allowing for a tactical heads-up display as provided by the neural net processor. Even barring the enhancements the cybernetic portions of the I-950 anatomy incorporate, the body is still essentially human, with a human's vulnerability to damage. However, even if the body is "killed", the cybernetic components are capable of executing a "restart" and directly controlling the corpse for a few viable minutes of operation in order to complete operational objectives. This restart can take place hours after death of the organic body. As long as any portion of the neural network implants survives intact, the connected tissues can be animated. Pain is meaningless to the I-950, only mechanical damage to musculature and ligaments impedes their physical forms, only complete destruction of the entire implant array, including the brain stem can interrupt their control. Thus, I-950s are remarkably resilient to damage, despite their organic chassis.

Skynet cyborg Project Angel was originally a research program instituted by Serena Kogan, a scientist of Cyberdyne Systems. It focused on cybernetics and the end goal of the project was the creation of the mechanical bodies for humans. In 2018, Skynet resurrected Project Angel under its new name, Project Theta, and used for creation of full cybernetic bodies for humans, who collaborate with Skynet. Endoskeletons of Skynet cyborgs were equiped with compact semi-autonomous (periodically refilled) life support system for they organic brains. Despite the fact that Skynet cyborgs were made to look like humans on the outside (but with robot-like internal mechanics), they weren't supposed for infiltration in human resistence, because they primary function was to carry out maintenance and research in Skynet objects.

The Raptor is a bipedal weapon platform, mounted on two oversized servo enhanced legs with large triple claw pads. Its only ranged weapon is a plasma rifle that is fixed onto the body.

Spiderbot is a large spider-like Non-Humanoid Hunter Killer unit that used its long legs to traverse terrain a tracked vehicle would have problems negotiating. It possessed a plasma cannon. Despite its name, the Spiderbot only has six legs instead of eight.

The HK-Transport was a large vehicle used by Skynet forces as a sort of armored personnel carrier.

The HK-Silverfish is an attack vehicle used by Skynet during its war against the Resistance in the years following the Judgment Day. The HK-Silverfish was a low height, segmented attack-drone that resembled it's namesake insect, the silverfish. Employed in battle, the HK-Silverfish would crawl along the ground seeking human command posts. Its low height made it both hard to spot and also offered some protection from enemy fire. When the HK-Silverfish encountered an enemy target, it would plow headlong into the target and explode.

The Kraken is a class of antisubmarine warfare machine created by Skynet and used to patrol Earth's oceans.

A Hydrobot is a Non-Humanoid Hunter Killer unit produced by Skynet. It features a serpent-like structure with a claw at their head. It is used to patrol the waters.

Moto-Terminators are automated motorcycles, produced by Skynet.

The T-7T Tetrapod has crab-like upper body, twin machine guns as its arms and four arthropod legs.

Skynet Heavy Tank was a large well-armored tracked vehicle used by Skynet. Although it lacked speed it did possess significant firepower in the form of two heavy plasma cannons on a swivel mount.

The Skynet Loader is a specialized robot that serves Skynet's salvaging needs. It lacks weapons, but it has been known to lift and transport weights far greater than that of any other Skynet unit.

An HK-Aerial is refered to a wide variety of Skynet's large airborne VTOL-capable Non-Humanoid Hunter Killer. HK-Aerial derived from the original HK-Drone. Continually engineering upgrades to the original design, a smaller, more agile air unit is available in a sleeker, more organic design with the HK-VTOL unit.

HK-Centurion is Skynet's mobile walker-style ground Hunter Killer unit with advanced targeting system, heavy armor and heavy firepower. After several failed designs for multi-limbed walker combat units, Skynet reviewed the data and statistics and implemented a new design for both defense and assault. Skynet found that four legs allowed for the optimum arrangement for balance, maneuverability, and stability on the move. Four uniquely designed legs provide the HK Centurion's locomotion. The 'feet' of these legs can roll inwards, curling up so that the entire unit can 'squat' in place, lowering its overall height and profile by 66%, maintaining a static defensive posture. In an instant, the Hunter Killer Centurion can rise from its crouch and accelerate away across the battlefield either to engage a target or move to a tactically superior position.

HK-Tank is one of Skynet's Non-Humanoid Hunter Killers as a principal ground-based combat vehicle. HK-Tank developed from the original T-1. While formidably armed, the HK-Tank can be easily destroyed by a well-placed demolition charge.

The FK Command was an airborne command and control center for Skynet's tactical units. It was armed with a large amount of plasma missiles and could jettison its information center when under attack.

FK Hunter possesses two tank treads with individual suspension and a centralized base which can rotate 360° and be raised or lowered according to different attack modes. Its offensive arsenal comprises two side-mounted weapons pods that can rotate 360°. Each of these pods mounts a plasma cannon and plasma missile launcher.

The FK Raker is an aerial terraforming machine utilized by Skynet.

The FK Reaper was a bipedal HK unit utilized by Skynet. An FK Reaper possessed four optical sensors and an arsenal comprising a heavy plasma gun and a flamethrower.

HK-Flying Mini Hunter refers to Skynet micro-turbine airborne Hunter-Killers. The Mini Hunter is an agile predator with a single underslung Plasma cannon and a compact, high lift aerodyne fan which turns on frictionless bearings in order to reduce noise levels. They are designed primarily to survey a battlefield and transmit telemetry back to Skynet forces during attacks. HK-Flying Mini Hunters can be brought down by small arms and captured plasma weaponry.

The FK Titan was a large ground terraforming machine utilised by Skynet.

ATV-Terminator - All-Terrain Vechicle terminator.

FK Venom was equipped with an impressive offensive arsenal, comprising dual 50 watt plasma guns and rear-mounted guided plasma missile launchers, and two tank treads with individual suspensions. FK Venom capable for winter action on snowy ground and frozen waterways. FK Venom can be used on deep snow and ice, also they able to keep working in extremely cold weather conditions. FK Venom do not require a specific road to operate in snowy forests or on open terrain, including frozen lakes, ponds and rivers.

HK-Drone is designed by Cyberdyne Research Systems to be an unmanned aerial weapons systems which the organization was attempting to market to various military powers. HK-Drone armed with conventional arms (machine guns) and low-yield missiles. The HK-Drone had lightweight titanium armor somewhat resistant to conventional fire power, but sustained fire from conventional small arms will eventually destroy it. It has no resistance to plasma phase weaponry or ballistic projectiles.

The Harvester is a large bipedal Non-Humanoid Hunter Killer unit produced by Skynet. Its primary function is to capture the humans to do lab testing on their stem cells.

The T-1000000, also referred to as the T-Meg, was a gigantic spider-like version of the T-1000. Like the T-1000, it is entirely made of mimetic polyalloy.

The Sidewinder, as its name suggests, is a sidewinder-like Non-Humanoid Hunter Killer used to trace human and human activities.

KZ-1 is a prototype combat robot developed by Dr. Edward Newbert for marketing to the U.S. military. Following a less-than successful field test in Death Valley, Dr. Newbert directed the unit to execute the military representatives and decided to place the technology on the open market.

This whole thing reminds me of the idea I had for a Terminator/Matrix cross-over fan-fic in which the 'Terminator' plot-line leads into 'The Matrix'. This was years before the new TV series, right after seeing the third movie, right before someone showed me 'The Animatrix' (where I learned it was closer to 'i-Robot'). :/

Your little family tree here is just pure awesome.

Not that I hate the idea of a GitS / Terminator crossover but to use images from a completely different series is a tad misleading.

This is because there are no approriate images of TS-300 body, and I don't hide that fact of using Motoko Kusanagi's body image (see list of links for used images in first part of discription under my semi-speculative artwork), but like only sourse of picture of approriate type of android, not like Motoko Kusanagi herself .
