I’m not sure how many I’ll be able to paint this year but figured I had to at least do day one of Smaugust. I was inspired by both david _lee_art ’s and MaGiK _jack_art 's prompts for day one. So I give you The Fearful Precious Red Coral Drake.
Incredibly skittish, the Fearful Precious Red Coral Drake lives it’s life hidden amongst Red Coral. It’s long proboscis-like mouth snatching up small unsuspecting pray.
