That's an unique idea to have insect features inserted in a girl! Much better that those designs which only add cat ears and tails to girls.
I like the colors you used for the insect parts, and the yellow-brown eyes looks like insect eyes too!

Wow! I love her! That's such an awesome concept! I hope you don't mind me asking but what kind of insect do you want her to be? Oh, and I love the green blue hair! Every time I try to do that either my scanner won't pick it up or it comes out way too dark. XD Anyway, good job, I can't wait to hear more about the story! keep up the good work!

I live in Australia, and over here, it is very common to find a species of "green ant" that live in trees. These ants have green abdomens and yellow bodies. When I saw this pucture, it made me think od them!
Our green ants are very aggressive and they bite hard! On top of this, they can shoot you with acid which makes the bite wounds hurt even more. I refuse to go near them when I find them in the garden. @_@

Another interesting fact about green ants: they like to build nests in trees that are made of leaves sewn together with silk.
But it's actually the larva that makes this silk.
The adults pick the grubs up in their jaws and use them like tools to sew the leaves together. It's really interesting how they do it.
But yeah, they're very aggressive little ants and they attack in swarms.
