I like the color pallet in this, the cool, light colors in the background and the darker forground contrast well. And she looks a bit tomboyish, but still like a girl.

The temptation to go through and just favorite all of your works is overwhelming.
I don't think she looks very manly, either. Her jawline is too rounded and she's just very slender and pretty in general. Wonderful job.

At first glance, I thought the character was a boy, but now that you mention the character's a girl, she looks feminine. It's probably because we're viewing the person from the side. In any case, I think the uncertainty of the character's gender helps the picture. It makes people curious and want to look at it even more. And the little wings, as opposed to bigger wings, works better here. The softness of the sky contrasts well with the detail of the rumble she's on. And darkest colors are the black in the shirt and wings, so the focus is on her. Nice job.
