Have ya seen "A Questionable Pair"? When I saw the description for it, I thought that they were making a shipping canon for the two, but alas, I was wrong... Ā

<---That's what LRW would put if she saw this.
Oh gosh, I just LOVE deviations that literally make me laugh out loud.I don't find them very often so they're purty special. This did the job, girlfriend. Ms. Question's question about Invisi-Bill was just so UNEXPECTED and that made it all the better. This is just ASDFJKL;JKL; SO FUNNY.
Hey. I know several artistic five year olds, and they couldn't have drawn this if their lives depended on it. SO THERE! *I couldn't have drawn this when I was five, if that helps.*
I do so love when you chibi-fy the WordGirl characters; there is simply NOT ENOUGH of this stuff out there. Thank you for adding this, expecially since it's such an entertaining things to behold. Don't worry, I didn't find it awkward at all.I like how Leslie and LRW are buddies here and Ms. Question is just like, there.
AHA, I knew I recognized those dresses! I was thinking, "Leslie's dress reminds me of that other one of LRW's....but then I got thrown off with Ms. Question's because of the question mark.(My head works like a child's head, by the way.) I admire the color-coordination; all so appropriate!
Didn't think I'd say it but I really like the role Ms. Question plays in this and like her here. But STRICTLY here.
Let's seeeee....LRW stole the dresses, and Ms. Question sewed on her question mark. Combine both theories.
The dialogue here is totally in character, btw. And did I mention that it's hilarious?
how you put "hairdryer" on the hairdryer, just to prevent confusion! (Wouldn't want people thinking it's a gun, after all!) But no, it looks just like a hairdryer. I once drew Marth blow drying his hair, and my hairdryer looked almost EXACTLY like that shape wise.
Oh, and I like how when LRW and Leslie get freaked out, their eyes go white. That's a great touch.
ANYWWAAAAYYYY;YYYYYYYY I love this and I'm SO glad I am seeing it now!
I'm doing pretty well actually. I've almost gotten to fave all of the pictures on your latest page of deviations!
Though...I thought I was watching you, you know? I could SWEAR I am, but for some reason nothing of yours has ever come up in my watch.I'm going to have to check into this and make sure...even though I'm 99% positive that the last time I was editing my friends, your name was there...IDK.

Ohmygosh, I just love logging on and seeing your comments on my art, 'cause they're just so huge, and I'm like "I'm going to have so much fun answering those".
AND I GET IT 'CAUSE IT'S THREE DIFFERENT LAUGHING EMOTICONS!
Awww, it really made you laugh at loud? That's one of the best compliments. Thank you so much! I'm kinda surprised no one made the joke before. I mean, having a character that can go InvisiBill could just set up so many hijinks. Even when he's entirely innocent, like in this case. And I just really thought this worked even better 'cause Ms. Question is one of the few villains who's actually acknowledged him before. (And apparently in Season 6 there's gonna be an episode where they team up, so I'm actually incredibly excited for that, despite not being a huge Ms. Q fan! )
Alright, alright, I withdraw the comment. I mean... I'm just a perfectionist. And these, by my own standards, are even GOOD chibis. But I guess since I'm actually proud of this joke, I'm okay with the deviation as a whole. And thanks again! For awhile I felt like I was drawing them as chibis too often, but I guess not. I've actually been wanting to do some more chibis... they're just very difficult for me because I'm so perfectionistic, and they're supposed to be a little more rushed and doodle-like. Kinda mutually exclusive concepts there. That's good. I just felt like people might find this odd... and then a few people who commented thought InvisiBill actually WAS in the bathroom, even though the idea was that Ms. Q was just messing with them 'cause she can, and that made me feel a little more uncertain about this picture.
Oh my gosh, Lady and Leslie being buddies while Ms. Question is just THERE is so totally my headcanon. See, lemme randomly tell you the story of how I came to this headcanon, even though you didn't ask to hear it. I like thinking about how characters who've never interacted before might interact, right? And Beatrice has interacted with so few characters on the show, that I get curious about her in particular. So I was actually trying to think about what villains she might actually get along with (which kinda ties into my analysis on how she and Tobey might interact, which we talked about on that other deviation). So when I got to Leslie, I realized they both have boss-trouble and aren't particularly social and can run all over creation in heels. Then there was that episode where she actually high-fived Leslie, which is basically one of the only times LRW has shown herself getting along with ANYONE. So I figured they could so be friends. (And in one of the KaBoom comic books, LRW teams up with Mr. Big and there's this one panel where she and Leslie are standing next to each other in the background look pretty kickbutt and fabulous! ) Then I thought about LRW and Ms. Q NOT like each other (since they ran against each other for Villain Association President and also just Ms. Question being a rip-off in general, as I mentioned on the other deviation), and how it'd be funny if they were constantly at each other's throats but Leslie, being the most level-headed, would have to moderate between them. Also Leslie high-fived Ms. Question in her episode too, so they might vaguely get along. Or they're just sticking together as the only three female villains who are older than 10 and younger than 75, excluding Miss Power and Maria whom I don't count. It also makes for some funny un-finished fanfictions I write in my head, because to me those three are always hanging out at the villain conventions and stuff, while Two Brains also hangs out with Chuck and The Butcher, so it's like the three main dudes and the three main chicks, as if it's one of those derpy romantic comedies where there's the girl with her two friends who give her bad advice and the guy with his two friends who give him bad advice, and just... I don't know anymore. It's funny to me, okay? But I just wanna draw this art of so many villains hanging out. *arm flail* ...And now I'm just digressing, plain and simple.
I'm glad you did! I have a lot of fun with those dresses. Ahhhh, that makes sense. I just thought there should be a question mark somewhere on her outfit. C: (Mine too sometimes! ) Thanks! I was worried that it was a little... uncreative, I guess.
Ahhhh, high praise! I HAVE SUCCEEDED WHERE THE SHOW HAS FAILED. (If she's gonna be an impatient jerk, she might as well be clever in a fun way for a change. )
0o0o0o0, good, I like that!
Thanks so much once again! I'm so glad you like it and think it's accurate! Because I have so much trouble with fanfiction, so then I worry that I can't write for any of these guys ever.
Ah, yeah, a classic example of my oddballness. I just felt like it didn't come across looking like a hairdryer, so I wrote that there just because. (Oh gawsh, I didn't even think of that. ) Really? It doesn't look like a hairdryer to me. But I'd like to see that picture, I think!
That's how I do chibis, yo. ;D
I'm so glad you like it, and I just love your comment!
That's fantastic! Thanks!
You're definitely watching me. But maybe you should check to make sure you didn't accidentally unclick "deviations" for me in the friends menu? Or perhaps you saw the messages in your inbox from the sane-club, deleted them, and then later saw them again in your inbox (listed as mine, but without you realizing it) and maybe you went "hey, didn't I delete this already?" and you deleted the stack again? Sorry, I can't explain that well. But in any case maybe you deleted the deviantwatch stuff by mistake?

Haha, awww I know, it's the same thing over here. And I'm done babysitting and all that crazy stuff now, so I'll be able to leave a few more of those than I have been lately.
RIIIGGGHT!
Hehe, it totally did, and you're welcome! I know, that DOES seem like something that would've had some sort of references made to it at least a few times before. But don't you love it when you think up something like that before everyone else?Oooh, really? That DOES sound exciting!See, I like Ms. Question a bit more when she's associating with her fellow academy villains. I always thought it'd be funny if Timmy Timbo was her sidekick, just because he doesn't DO anything. (Except sleep- can't forget that!)
Oh good. That's what I wanna hear. No. Whenever you think you draw chibis too much, remember something that I've said on more than one occasion: "Chibis should take over the world." It's not like you made them be ponies, after all.
Haha, well, you remember my Hector chibi that was saying "Blast!"? If you remember him, you must remember all the detail I put into the armor...I think it's cool when not all chibis are drawn minimum-ly, you know? Mainly because it helps me feel more like "Okay, my detailed chibis aren't sore thumbs."
XDThey thought he was in the bathroom...ugh, that's funny but I can see why that would lead to apprehension. Some people misread my art too...but what can we do?I think for the most part the majority of people get the actual concept for all art.Unless it's really confusing, which this is not. Ms. Question is simply asking if they ever thought of the possibility, and that should come across easily to anyone who's not speed-reading or something.
I would've asked to hear it anyway as you can probably guess.Oh, which episode did they high five in? I don't recall seeing that. I like them together too because they're two of the prettiest characters on the show, and I like to have pretty people associate.I think Leslie's pretty fashionable for someone who wears pantssuits all the time, so that also makes them look nice together.
Oh that' cool! Was it one of the first-half comice with more quality illustrations? I think I may have seen a few images from it somewhere...need to buy that one!
Ah, that makes perfect sense, being Leslie is the most monotone amongst the three, and would be the level-headed one if aggression broke out.Since Lady and Ms. Q would definately be scrapping at each other now and then at the very least...
Who'd wanna hang out with Maria anyway? Just had to add that. Aside from Eileen...speaking of that episode, I particularly liked it.What are your thoughts on it? For me, it seemed so fitting for Eileen to have a little monster for a pet.It made me appreciate the two characters as individuals more, to see them together. (And I took Maria seriously in it because she wasn't Maria yet.0-0)
Man, I wish I could read your fanfics out of your head. Even if they were terrible, which I seriously doubt, I bet the dialogue is so entertaining... Yeah, I like those little cliques the characters seem to have.Mainly because Tobey's not in any and it kind of makes his motives a little more obvious. (There I go, making it about Tobey again...)
Nope, not in the least. I thought it was cool.I like to recognize stuff from the show, ya know?
YES, YOU PROCLAIM IT, 'CAUSE YOU DID IT!
I think every time you mention your fanfiction I should tell you that I want to read them! *shameless begging*
I hadn't seen the picture I drew with a hairdryer in so long, so I pulled it up to look at...and guess what, I put "hairdryer" on mine, too!
I have no clue. I'll have to check into that. But I recently realized there's a few people I've spent a while thinking I've been watching, only to find out otherwise. And I've heard a lot of people complain that they've experienced glitches in the watch system, so perhaps that has something to do with it too.
You're so welcome, girl!

Oh cool!
Yeah, it does. But yes! It makes me feel like I'm actually doing something worthwhile in the fandom. Yup! I'm hoping for plenty of InvisiBill adorableness 'cause he's just so hyper and happy, and I really don't see that working out to well with Mrs. Question being the way she is. Right, right! Me too. Like, she isn't even that bad in the first Villain School episode, it was just after that when she went out on her own. :T Yeah, I remember you telling me that you crackshipped them too.
Lol. I do remember you saying that. But I dunno. It's just that I'm mostly drawing crossovers at the moment, and I feel like making them chibis might just make them more confusing if people don't get the reference? It's hard to explain. But I'd rather not make my crossovers chibis unless there's a good reason to. I'm not sure if that's implying that too many people make them ponies or that people SHOULDN'T make them ponies or what...? xD
Yup, I most certainly do! That's very true. And I also think that's really cool! But I can't even put details like that in my normal art, so I just feel like my chibis looks minimal no matter what I do.
Yeah... I guess it was to be expected honestly. But it still made me feel awkward 'cause I just get so uncomfortable when my art is misinterpreted. Oh yeah, I think so too. They usually get it, but I feel like I make my art based on overly complex concepts, given that it's art of a PBS show, ya know? And then it sorta takes people off guard? I have no idea, but that's my best guess. But see, it's not even like she's just asking, she specifically doing that to mess with them to try to get them out of the bathroom more quickly 'cause they weren't listening to her, and because she's a conniving little troll.
Alright, well that makes me feel better about rambling! Oh, it wasn't a huge thing. Just at the end of "Leslie Makes It Big" when she got arrested, a ton of the villains in the jail highfived her, and LRW and Ms. Question happened to be some of them. I think The Whammer highfived her too, if I'm not mistaken. (But I haven't seen that episode too many times since it's tacked onto the end of "Mouse Brains Takeover" and if that ever comes on TV one of the few days I sit down to watch it, I just immediately give up and go do something else. ) LOL, well I guess that reason works too. Oh yes, I completely agree! Leslie is totally pretty. Oh! Plus they also both like Pretty Princess And Magic Pony Power Hour, which I why I drew this one picture - [link] . So there's that too. Except it isn't saying much since apparently EVERYONE on the show watch PPAMPPH
Yup! You can actually find the preview of it online and it stops right after you see LRW talking to Mr. Big. It's the "Fashion Disaster" one - one of my favorites. Yeah, this was my avatar on tumblr for a long time because I felt like it supported my headcanon - [link] .
Glad you think it makes sense! And ya know, even if Lady and Ms. Q hadn't been running against each other for Villain Association President in that one episode, I still don't think they'd get along because of Ms. Question constantly ripping other people's crimes off, and then that time Ms. Question took all of the villains out of the city, and also the fact that they're both just so cantankerous sometimes, and also the fact that when voice actors voice multiple characters, they rarely seem to get along. I don't know why that is, maybe because it's more fun for the voice actor, or maybe because the directors think it's just better for the show or more entertaining, I dunno, but it happens in near every show.
TRUE. O0o0o0o, The Birthday Girl's Monstrous Gift? I adored that one! Exposition Guy had a more prominent role, and we got to see villains interact that you wouldn't expect (I mean, I love seeing Two Brains and Chuck and The Butcher interact in different combinations and such, but it's kind of obvious at the same time). Plus it was the first time I felt bad for Eileen to any measurable degree. Like... she felt more like an actual kid and not just a brat... she got more dynamic because we got to see another side of her. Plus Mr. Botsford was great in that one, as usual. But yes, I agree with your thoughts too!! (Yeahhhhh... so did I. -.- I mean, I know some people found Dinner Or Consequences funny, and to some extent it was, but at the same time... ugh. I kinda just wish they hadn't gone there. )
NO YOU DON'T. There's disturbing stuff up there, just trust me on that. But the dialogue is so out of character because I end up pumping the characters so full of my personal headcanons, that I forget not everyone has the same take on the character as I do, and I end up stressing the wrong straights instead of portraying them the way they show would. Like I also forget to make Lady Redundant Woman more cranky because sometimes people act like she's only ever cranky, so then it's like I try to compensate for that, but then I end up making her too understand and nice and non-selfish. Yes. I'm all about the cliques. I'd love the see all the villains get into an all out brawl because they made to many alliances and it would have a domino effect like the world wars. Which is sort of a terrible thing to want, but... I dunno. Like I said, weird stuff goes on in my head. And yes, I totally get what you mean there!! That's a good point.
Well that's good then! Yeah, I know. I get so excited when I see people add in little details that are references to the show.
Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. Dx You don't. Trust me. I can't write. At all.
OH WOW. I think I need to see this now!
Alright, lemme know if you find anything out, please. Oh really? I think that happened to me once too. I think sometimes when people add all their art to the groups, we just get used to seeing it in our deviant watch and forget that we're not watching THEM personally, maybe? Oh, I hadn't heard that. Hmmm...

Wow, this looks like you put a ton of work into it - and it really paid off! For one thing, they all look absolutely GORGEOUS all dolled up! I love their dress designs - lovely! And the expressions are superb!
Also, I was really impressed with the dialogue - I could practically hear the characters voices as I read!
And that's to say nothing about the punchline.... XD

Oh, I'm exactly the same way! I go on tons of tangents as well, I just don't like it on the show the way he does it. I can't explain it, but yeah. And even though I can reread what I type... I generally don't change what I'm saying even if I realize that I'm typing way too much. So for me it's pretty much just as bad on the internet. ...Worse even, because in real life people interrupt me or walk away while I'm talking. On the internet, people just don't respond most of the time. But I think that's the individual person, not necessarily how much I'm saying. Hopefully.
Yup. Oscar the talking parrot. I don't really like animal sidekicks, and the fact that it talks and it's a parrot just makes it more annoying to me. But I'm glad I'm not the only one! I get so confused when I read where someone posted that they actually like him. Yeah, I guess... but they also want to keep things fresh and whatever. I dunno. Personally I think the show could totally do without him.
I think a lot of people don't realize. But InvisiBill actually sounds a lot more like the Museum Curator. I actually kept wondering why his voice sounded so familiar until the Curator started talking and a particular word or phrase he said sounded a lot like InvisiBill, and then I realized that some of things InvisiBill said also sounded a lot like Reginald, and then I knew it had to be the same guy.
...It makes me wonder who else I could tell you about who's the same voice that you may not have realized.

VoiceActressKurutta In reply to GalaxyFriday [2012-07-12 05:04:00 +0000 UTC]
Well, I suppose it's usually not a "conversation" because I only think of talking as a "conversation" if something worthwhile is being said. Something intelligent or funny or interesting, where both people are contributing. But they've still walked away while I'm in the middle of speaking. It's very odd. But I think that's just... the type of people around where I live. I hate the state I live in. Most people don't think I'm interesting, though. Not interesting in the good way. People only think I'm interesting to prank because I react to things in odd ways. But thank you~. Oh gosh, I'm afraid that I can be like that sometimes. But yeah, I know what you mean.
I mean, some things don't bother me. Finn and Jake. Scooby-Doo. Etc. But in a universe where all the other animals don't talk, and the one that talks doesn't even have anything decent to say or even a personality. But in general I'm not big on them. CHF only bothers me because I feel like he doesn't have a ton of personality. I mean, I don't hate him, but... uhm... well in general I hate monkeys. Both real ones and cartoon. I can't explain it, I've just always hated monkeys. But I AM glad that he dosen't talk. He doesn't bother me as much as he could, but I think it's disgusting how much he eats, and whenever he does something stupid... Plus he gets away with eating food that the villains don't get to steal. Like, oh, it's SOOOOOOO evil for The Whammer to steal all the icecream, but CHF is just allowed to go up and eat out of it with no consequences?! Jerkface. X[ But I DO like it when they make fun of him. It's just that I refuse to draw him, or put him in my fanfictions, or even type out his full name because it's just too stupid for me to bring myself to write. But I can't find him cute at all. I'm sorry.
Well it's funny because in InvisiBill's main episode, he and Reginald both say "ouchie" at one point, and if you listen very closely, even though the actor is doing a different voice, his inflections and stuff are the same. That's also what gave it away when I first found out.
Well... I'm sure you know about the 4 characters that Tom Kenny plays... 5 if you count Trollin' McClean. Oh, and Tom Kenny was also Guy Rich, I think. So... 6. But only 4 reoccurring characters. You probably know about the 3 that Grey DeLisle plays... hmmm... Maria Bamford plays about 4 or 5 main characters, but she voices a lot of background characters too so I get confused sometimes, like she might voice Johnson, but I can't tell exactly who voices him... Ryan Raddatz plays about only 2 characters I think... Who else, who else... Oh! Nocan and Seymour are the same voice. And the guy who plays The Butcher voices a lot of random background characters too... Kid Potato is the guy in Up (but Ed Asner was already super-famous lol). The original voice of Lady Redundant Woman was Amanda Plummer who is Christopher Plummer's granddaughter. And Christopher Plummer (in case you're not familiar with names) was Captain Von Trapp from The Sound Of Music (aside from the fact that he's been in a million other things you might've seen.) The guy who voices The Rope Guy does a lot of minor background characters too. Big Left Hand Guy is the same voices as The Grocery Store Manager, but that one is really obvious because that guy's voice is very distinctive... Exposition Guy and The Narrator are the same voice... I haven't verified this, but I always thought Tiny Big sounded like Dave. But I don't know who voices Dave... I should try to watch the credits more carefully... The Royal Dandy kinda sounded like Dave too, but I'm probably wrong about that. The show has a lot of minor voices that just voice random people. Like the guy who voices The Rope Guy and stuff. It's harder to place them because they voice so many random characters. If you want me to be more specific about some of the characters I didn't directly mention, don't hesitate to ask.
