Yay a Vako! And a Hapaka!
Interestingly, the Hapaka was presumably intended to be an elephant. The URL for its instructions on the LEGO Club website ended in /elephant.something. Went through a bit of trouble on BS01 when someone decided that that constituted "official word", but regardless of intent a quote from Rahi Beasts trumps a URL for certain.
You did a good job reinterpreting its appearance as a dog, that's for sure. Love the tongue-- I'm guessing it's based on Pewku's from MoL?
Brakas's only image is a mess. Great job interpreting it from the crappy picture that seems to be the only pic that exists. Wish we could find where that came from in the first place.
Pretty phenomenal work overall! Keep on top of your studying, though! I'd hate to see you have to totally put aside art at the last minute!

To be honest, I had the Kikanalo tongue from LOMN in mind when drawing it, but it's the same as Pewku's anyway... so yeah.
I wonder what made them rethink the species of the Hapaka. It resembles a miniature (you could say chibi) elephant much more closely than any kind of dog, with its two tusks, short trunk, and huge feet. Guess whoever dug it up for the new description was ignorant of its "special" features. Either that, or they thought it wouldn't look so out of place with the wonky Bionicle wildlife as a dog.
