I find it difficult finding groups on DA, not to mention I don't have THAT much time usually.

The hardest part about finding photography groups is finding the ones that fit you, there's an overwhelming amount of them here on DA. If you feel like it, and have the chance,check out some of the photography groups I'm a member of, for the most part they're non-elitist groups (which is a big plus in my book), and don't have ridiculous rules. Most of my photography is stock, but only a couple of the groups I'm in are for resources/stock, you might find a group or two that fits you, also check their affiliates.

Thanks for the suggestion, I always have such a hard time finding groups on DA. I can't even figure out how to put the little group badges on my profile either. My deviantart website-fu is weak.

You're quite welcome, my -fu was weak too until quite recently , so I know what you mean. The group icons you can add by typing :icon(groupname): , the faqs here on dA are helpful for stuff like this
