Another new Petty Project image, this time featuring the lovely Kayla in another return appearance to the Petty Project. The overall image was pretty easy to put together and not very complicate unlike some of the other recent recreations. The end result, however, took a bit longer as I tried out some new methods that I’ve developed for my normal pinup photos turning them into look like 1940s artwork. This experiment came out incredible, and the end result I believe is the CLOSEST I’ve gotten to that Petty ‘airbrushed look’ more than any other recreation I’ve done thus far! Can’t wait to start work on the next one!
