I really like the perspective of this. Can almost imagine looking up from atop the tallest spire and into the nebula above ^^

The city and texturing on the planet look great. The only advice I have is to make the atmosphere on the closest planet a little less visible on the dark side of it. And I'm not too sure if those are stars or lights on the other planet. If they are stars then they should be hidden by the planet.
But those are minor things, It still was good enough to earn a Daily Deviation !

i also lov ethe 'earth' planet (not sure if it's meant to be earth or not... he he he...) and how if you look closer you can see that a couple of the countries are literally falling apart >_<

Wow, that's such a great image! 
Only thing I'd change is the color of the city-lights in the center; blue would have given kinda nice cold-warm-contrast. Otherwise I couldn't think of a improvement.
