To be fair, I've never met a truly creepy fanboy at a Transformers convention. Sometimes I see them on message boards ( but they don't see me. And then I use them for comic fodder. ) The worst I ever get is, "Not a lot of girls are into Transformers." ( The answer is, there's plenty of us. Maybe we're avoiding you. )Don't be a creep at the Insecticomics main page.

Sadly, lots of bronies are like Shadow there. The main difference apart from the show they follow is that they're reverse-GEEWUNNERS - they arbitrarily auto-bash everything that isn't Friendship is Magic.

There are very few girls who like TFs - untrue. There are a lot of us. Just because we are outnumbered by the guys does not make us 'very few'.
That was half the sentence. I know that at least 45% of the millions of +17 fans are girls.
but don't write slashfics - Way to stereotype! Of course! Slashing is all every fangirl does ever! We can't be interested in any other aspect of the fandom! It's all about teh buttsecks!
Hey, I'm a fangirl, but I for one stick with the official pairings. But I admit I do hunt for those little subtexty sparks between some characters.
And it's not about teh buttsecks. It's about the fingers, but you probably don't get what I'm saying.
I for one hate it, - I'm not like other girls! I'm special! I'm just like you - I hate all that icky, icky ghey. Love me!

Not only is this handy for boys, it's also good for girls. Everybody could use a little etiquette education before going to their first con. And, considering I've never been . . . *goes into the pity corner and weeps copiously* this was an excellent Primer (pun intended XD) for how to start up conversations with fellow fans at a con! Fourtunatly I've only seen pieces of fan-boys that annoying, like a "rejected? no- I'll keep asking until she accepts or docks me" fan-boy, but I have'nt met a REAL babler of slag... yet anyway; although I have gotten a few "I didn't know girls LIKED Transformers" ones too...
