Next: [link]Gah! I knew I was crazy, I just knew it! I swear the continued strip will NOT be this gosh darn colorful. The blue, the blue!!! I’m soooooo sick of working with blue!!!!!
But it looks nice… one thing I’m super proud of in this piece is that everything was composed, inked and colored by hand. And the best part is that every section was done on a page (6 ½ pages total) so yes, the real comic pages DO have over lapping panels. I’m using this tournament to experiment beyond what I normally do for comic pages. And I hope to incorporate what I learn into my EH comic in the future…
Now, as for the audition, the actual explanation of how my character ended up in The Real will all be explained in the second page.
I dread that damned clock tower library… I’m so glad I won’t have to color it

And the colors are amazing! But I understand how quicly that can become a BIG pain...
I would attempt to color mine, mylself, but I jsut havent found that... balance between character color and background color.

I'm banned. Or deviously denied, as they call it here. I posted some criticism when they "clarified" the humans only rule and I suppose I was mistaken for a rabid furry (or is it furre?)or something. In any event, no one was interested in what I had to say and the judges' stance is seems to be if you don't like it, you can shut up and go away. In fact, we'll make you.
