Playing around with stock parts, from other models I cooked up this ugly beast.
Used for delivering cargo from orbit to surface or surface to orbit the cargo lander is a simple, inexpensive craft built for one purpose with no frills, and no expense spent on looks. It's not pretty it's definitely not fancy, but it is cheap, it can haul cargo, and under certain circumstances, it can haul a LOT of cargo. 20 Dt cargo lander, a low-cost low tech Lander/shuttle/Boat for basic use.
It has no internal gravity and relies heavily on its Plasma rocket/turbines for propulsion with only sufficient gravitic drives to cancel local gravity, make precise attitude correction, or hover in a gravity well. At full thrust,( thrust 2) the craft has sufficient reaction mass for 3 hours operation or 6 hours at thrust 1.
Skilled pilots can use the ship's momentum for prolonged flights but the lack of staterooms or more than basic life support makes long flights extremely unpleasant. The ship has two loading ramps to the sides of the vehicle, and cargo, and standard airlock to the rear of the vessel. this allows easy access, loading and transfer of cargo in vacuum or hazardous environments.

The ship has sufficient reaction mass for 3 hours at thrust 2 or 6 hours at thrust 1 with external cargo mounted the ship has a max thrust of Thrust 1, and 3 hours operation time on onboard reaction mass reserves. It becomes extremely unwieldy and has no streamlining for atmosphere entry or flight requiring a skilled pilot to make a very slow cautious atmospheric entry
