I adore zoos and I was especially excited to explore the Fresno Chaffee Zoo, which I had never been to before! During this trip, I was able to capture some of my favorite shots I have ever taken. This beautiful eagle was one of the birds displayed during the bird show and then again after the show. It is awesome to observe the raw power that is contained in these majestic creatures during the performance and it is a privilege to be able to photograph them up close and personal afterwards with their handlers.
