Description the Chinese pingyin for this guy is Zhen Mu shou (tomb securing beast)

for a short while in ancient chinese history, there was a believe for Ghoul-like creatures that go into tombs and devour the remains of the dead, beasts statues were sculpted to guard the tombs for this period, their look can vary a lot, from something that look like a sphinx, to full armor horned humanoids.

Amazing drawing , must say this Wen, the tomb guardian looks like it's gonna really attack in a fierce way! It is indeed quite interesting and the description convinced me I should incorporate this creature in one anima set up I am building , really good work keep this up!
